    We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation.

  • The final menu and confirmed guest count must be approved no later than 14 days before the event to ensure smooth preparation and ordering.

  • Yes, we offer pre-set menu selections for easy planning.

    We also customize menus, so you can mix and match from our current food options or request your preferred dishes.

  • Absolutely! You can mix and match from our current food options or request dishes that fit your preferences and event theme.

  • Yes! Please inform us of all dietary restrictions or allergies when approving your final menu so we can make the proper adjustments.

  • A 20% service charge is applied to all catering orders. This covers event coordination, operations, and is distributed among the staff who work your event.

  • Yes. Staffing is billed at $25 per hour per staff member.

    If your event runs longer than planned, additional hours will be billed on the event day.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the event or delivery date.

    • More than 7 days before the event: Deposits are refunded, minus any advance purchases made for your event.

    • Within 7 days of the event: Payments are non-refundable.

    • If Black Barn Kitchen cancels: You will receive a full refund.

  • Depending on the size of your party or event, we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests. Ideally, please contact us no later than 5 days before your event.

  • We are based in Jacksonville, Oregon, and cater throughout the Rogue Valley area, including Medford, Ashland, and Grants Pass.
