We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation.

The final menu and confirmed guest count must be approved no later than 14 days before the event to ensure smooth preparation and ordering.

Yes! Please inform us of all dietary restrictions or allergies when approving your final menu so we can make the proper adjustments.

A 20% service charge is applied to all catering orders. This covers event coordination, operations, and is distributed among the staff who work your event.

Yes. Staffing is billed at $25 per hour per staff member.
If your event runs longer than planned, additional hours will be billed on the event day.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the event or delivery date.

More than 7 days before the event: Deposits are refunded, minus any advance purchases made for your event.
Within 7 days of the event: Payments are non-refundable.
If Black Barn Kitchen cancels: You will receive a full refund.

Depending on the size of your party or event, we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests. Ideally, please contact us no later than 5 days before your event.

We are based in Jacksonville, Oregon, and cater throughout the Rogue Valley area, including Medford, Ashland, and Grants Pass.
